Amy Davis

After years as an architectural stained glass designer and exploring a wide range of glass art techniques, Amy Davis began Monster Dance Designs in 2012 with the philosophy that even the most utilitarian items are an opportunity to put your unique personality out on the table. She is proud to have her work in stores and museums all over the US and the UK.

Amy lives in Austin, TX and is active in the local creative handmade community.  Monster Dance Designs was named by her daughter, who has that and all the dance moves.

Lauren joined the team this year and is quickly learning to sandcarve.  She does roller derby and has a great eye for color!

Harley’s duties include critiquing design work, supervising the couch, and sending the occasional email that wasn’t ready to be sent.
